Prices
Prices are for one portrait only. For a group portrait, use the 1st Animal price and add all subsequent animals in the same portrait at the 2nd Animal price. Prices assume you will provide a selection of good quality reference photographs. If you do not have suitable photographs, I can visit to take some. Sizes are approximate and refer to the portrait size (mounts are larger). other sizes are always possible. Portraits are supplied unframed.
Terms
A part payment of 25% of portrait value is payable on ordering. On receipt of order Josie undertakes to produce original artwork according to the brief.
If the job description changes from the original brief or if any special requests have been made which will require more work, Josie will re-quote and will not proceed until the new quote has been approved.
Josie will endeavour to complete the portrait within the agreed timescale but can not guarantee a delivery date.
Photos supplied by the client remain the property of the client but Josie can accept no responsibility for loss or damage and recommends that all photos sent by mail are posted Special Delivery. Photos taken by Josie are for reference purposes only.
The original artwork and any photos taken by Josie remain the property of Josie until full payment is received.
Josie retains the copyright to all original artwork and photos taken by Josie unless an agreed price for the copyright has been received.
If the client is dissatisfied in any way with the original artwork it must be returned to Josie by Special Delivery within 3 working days of receipt otherwise the balance will be payable in full. Minor alterations may be made to the original artwork by Josie on request and agreement of terms.
