Josie Tipler is a self-employed artist and art tutor.The Josie Tipler website has been created by Hailsham Creative, a creative studio in Wilmington.

When you place an order with us or request a quotation we collect name and address, telephone, and email address which are entered onto our database which is password protected. Payments will be taken through third party providers, at present Paypal.
When you place an order with us we process your shipping address. Order details are retained so you can access your order history.
You consent to us (and our representatives) disclosing information to third parties: (i) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce any contract entered into with us, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, ourselves or others. You may at any time elect not to receive marketing information from us. All of our marketing emails are sent from a password protected database with Mailchimp.

For enquiries and those who have asked to receive marketing communications from us or have expressed an interest we will retain basic contact data for a reasonable length of time or until we receive a request to remove.
